HR Generalist

Recruitment and Staffing Assists Recruiting Specialist with interviews and making job offers. Collaborate with Recruiting Specialist and department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Facilitate orientation and onboarding. Employee Relations Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolution for HR-related issues. Mediate and resolve workplace disputes and conflicts. Promote positive employee relations and a healthy work environment. Compliance and Policy Implementation Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Communicate HR policies and procedures. Benefits Administration Assist employees with benefit inquiries and enrollment processes. HR Data Management Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including personnel files, payroll data, and other relevant information. Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making. Training and Development Coordinate and facilitate training sessions on various HR-related topics. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 5+ years of HR experience Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
