HR Generalist

We are seeking a proactive, resourceful, and versatile HR Generalist to support core HR functions across our organization. In this role, you will play a hands-on part in driving full-cycle recruitment, managing leave administration, maintaining policy compliance, and championing employee engagement. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Program Oversight Full-Cycle Recruiting: Lead the full recruitment cycle, managing our Applicant Tracking System and postings across platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn. Onboarding & Prescreening: Conduct new hire prescreening, including background checks, I-9 verification, and reference checks. Internship Program: Direct and oversee the Trademark Internship Program to engage and develop early-career talent. Employee Relations & Policy Governance Employment Inquiries: Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors with professionalism, escalating complex matters to the HR Manager or VP of HR as needed. Policy & Compliance: Create, revise, and review HR policies and procedures to maintain alignment with federal, state, and local employment laws and best practices. Industry Knowledge: Stay current on HR trends, new technologies, regulatory updates, and talent management practices. Operations & Leave Administration Leave Management: Manage the comprehensive leave administration process, including FMLA, ADA, Workers’ Compensation, and personal leave. Backup Operations: Serve as a reliable primary backup for payroll processing and benefits administration. Departmental Support: Perform other HR operations and projects as assigned.
