This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys variety and wants to play an important role within a growing organization. The Accounting Administrator will work closely with Accounting Manager and CFO while supporting a wide range of accounting, payroll, and administrative functions across multiple entities.

Salary: $55,000–$68,000

Accounting Administrator Responsibilities:

• Support full-cycle accounting activities, including month-end and year-end close
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts across multiple entities
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and other accounting-related documentation
• Perform bank, account, and general ledger reconciliations
• Process and reconcile payroll, including payroll taxes, garnishments, and related reporting
• Assist with employee benefits administration as it relates to payroll
• Prepare and file sales and use tax returns
• Assist with year-end reporting, including W-2s and 1099s
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and accounting documentation
• Support ownership and executive leadership with accounting reports, analysis, and special projects
• Assist with HR and administrative functions as needed
• Serve as a key administrative and accounting resource for the leadership team

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or full-cycle accounting experience
• Strong experience with general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Payroll processing experience, including payroll taxes and garnishments
• Familiarity with sales and use tax filings
