Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Administrator:

Process accounts payable transactions and maintain vendor records

Manage accounts receivable activities and customer payments

Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies

Prepare and maintain financial reports and supporting documentation

Assist with month-end closing activities

Support accounting department operations and administrative functions

Qualifications for the Accounting Administrator:

Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related financial functions

Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
