Role Overview: Provides patient assessment, collects health data, and coordinates individualized care plans. Ensures safe, timely, and appropriate interventions while effectively communicating with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Participates in quality improvement initiatives and maintains current nursing knowledge in accordance with standards and regulations.
