He/she directly supervises field craft labor and non-craft field personnel.Senior Superintendent Required Qualifications:8+ years actively creating a Safety and QA/QC Cultural 5+ years in a Top Leadership position for multiple projects15+ years of Building and construction experience (For NYC-Knowledge of the DOB’s technical reports and Chapter 33)15+ years experience scheduling and prioritizing activities.10+ years experience identifying and dealing with Risk & Mitigation proceduresDemonstrated ability to Mentor and develop talent.
