About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the President. This role is pivotal in serving as a strategic partner, organizational integrator, and execution leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a broad view of the business, leading high-priority cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring that the President's decisions and commitments are effectively carried out. Key responsibilities include executive partnership, strategic and cross-functional execution, leadership operations, decision support, executive communications, and change leadership. The Chief of Staff will also play a critical role in shaping the company's culture, employee experience, and company-wide engagement, as well as in the thoughtful adoption of AI across the organization. Candidates for the Chief of Staff position should have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years' of professional experience in relevant fields such as strategy, business operations, management consulting, or executive communications. The role requires exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to work with a senior executive or executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, and experience in professional services, research, advisory, technology, or related industries.
