Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse and shipping operations.

Responsibilities:

Monitor scheduled shipment dates and help ensure on-time deliveries.
Prepare and process shipping and receiving paperwork.
Communicate shipment updates, delays, and discrepancies.
Load, unload, transport, and store materials using a forklift or pallet jack.
Sort and deliver materials to the correct departments.
Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
Assist with resolving shipping, receiving, and invoicing issues.
Use computers, Microsoft Excel, and warehouse systems to enter and track information.
Follow all warehouse and safety procedures.

Requirements:

Previous shipping/receiving and warehouse experience.
Forklift experience is required.
Experience with loading, unloading, inventory, and material handling.
Comfortable completing paperwork and using a computer.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Must be able to communicate in English.
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
