Job Title: Inventory Associate - Bilingual
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Friday Sunday - 6:00 AM 6:30 PM
Job Summary: Do you have a sharp eye for detail, enjoy working with technology, and take pride in producing quality work? We are seeking a fluent bilingual (English/Spanish) Inventory Processor to inspect, photograph, research, and prepare merchandise for online auction. This position plays a critical role in ensuring every product is accurately represented before it reaches our customers. If you're organized, dependable, computer-savvy, and enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect returned and overstock merchandise for quality and condition.
- Test products whenever possible to verify functionality.
- Photograph merchandise using company standards.
- Research product specifications online.
- Create accurate product descriptions and inventory records.
- Identify missing parts, damage, or defects.
- Label and prepare inventory for warehouse storage.
- Maintain quality and productivity throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Comfortable using scanners, cameras, and warehouse technology.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous warehouse, inventory, retail, or e-commerce experience is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Frequently bend, squat, reach, and carry merchandise.
- Work safely in a warehouse environment.
