Based in the Eastern Time Zone, this position enhances accessibility, responsiveness, and support across regions while helping create a scalable HRBP model that supports continued growth.What You’ll Be DoingPartner with business leaders to understand operational and organizational needs and provide proactive HR guidanceServe as a trusted advisor on team member relations, performance management, and people-related mattersConduct team member relations investigations and provide guidance on policy interpretation, corrective actions, and conflict resolutionCoach leaders on performance management, team member development, and talent decisionsFacilitate talent reviews, organizational planning, and calibration discussionsSupport organizational changes, restructures, and leadership transitions with effective change managementPartner with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting efforts and workforce planningAnalyze team member and organizational trends to provide insights that improve engagement and retentionCollaborate with HR Operations, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition to deliver effective HR solutionsSupport mergers, acquisitions, and organizational integrationsSupport compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policiesParticipate in HR initiatives and continuous improvement efforts that enhance organizational effectivenessWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, or a combination of education and experience5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or broad HR rolesDemonstrated experience in team member relations, performance management, and organizational supportDemonstrated ability to build trust and influence leaders at multiple levelsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex situations with sound judgmentExperience supporting organizational change and talent initiativesStrong analytical approach with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsKnowledge of employment laws and HR standard methodologiesAbility to speak, read and write in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred.What We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefitsOpportunities for career growth and developmentA collaborative, team-oriented cultureThe opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple regions and business leadersIf you’re an HR professional who excels at building connections and thrives in a fast-paced environment, you also enjoy working closely with leaders to achieve results.
