Maintenance Technician

Job Details Location: Boston, MA Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: Any Travel Percentage: None Job Category: Real Estate Education Level: High School Salary Range: $30.00 - $35.00 Hourly Roles and Responsibilities Daily general maintenance and repairs as assigned by the Property Manager and/or Lead Maintenance Technician. Ensure all building systems operate safely, efficiently and as originally intended per company safety policy standards. Maintain inventory as needed for cost-effective operations. Be on-call duty to respond to 24-hour emergency calls as scheduled. Complete grounds work as directed by Property Manager including general clean-up of surrounding areas. Qualifications Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Can multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently. Can work independently with little supervision. Basic computer skills (email, etc.). High School diploma or GED required. Successfully pass pre-employment screening. #J-18808-Ljbffr
