Lead Site Supervisor

Objetivo del puesto El supervisor del sitio de limpieza supervisa, dirige y coordina a los empleados, los suministros y el equipo. Esta persona es responsable de garantizar que las tareas de limpieza y mantenimiento en la propiedad asignada se completen de acuerdo con las especificaciones contractuales. Tareas y responsabilidades esenciales Mantener todos los registros de nómina, documentos de desempeño y acciones disciplinarias Asignar tareas a los trabajadores en función de los requisitos del trabajo o asignaciones especiales Realizar un control de calidad para cumplir con los estándares de Harvard y del cliente Capacitar al personal nuevo y existente en técnicas de limpieza adecuadas. Garantizar que se utilicen y cumplan los equipos y técnicas de seguridad adecuados Pedir y entregar suministros y equipos Responde a los problemas de los clientes y escala según sea necesario Responsable del mantenimiento general del equipo Gestione proyectos y asignaciones especiales según lo solicitado Conocimientos y habilidades requeridos Se requiere experiencia de supervisión en limpieza comercial o de limpieza 1+ año de experiencia relevante en limpieza o mantenimiento de instalaciones Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y gestión de equipos Conocimiento de los procedimientos de limpieza, productos químicos y equipos Capacidad para capacitar al personal, realizar inspecciones y garantizar el cumplimiento de la seguridad Experto en tecnología; Capaz de usar teléfonos inteligentes / tabletas para programar e informar Organizado, confiable y capaz de trabajar en horarios flexibles Remuneración Harvard ofrece una estructura salarial competitiva que incluye un paquete de beneficios con seguro médico, dental, de vida y por discapacidad a largo plazo (LTD), junto con un Plan de Ahorro 401K.
