Assembly Technician

Assembler We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. This position involves working with small components and precision tools to perform assembly operations in a manufacturing environment. Candidates with 1-2 years of assembly experience are preferred, but we are open to training motivated individuals with less experience who demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Responsibilities Perform assembly operations using microscopes and precision hand tools Conduct die bonding, wire bonding, header assembly, and related tasks Use tweezers and other small hand tools to assemble components Operate automated assembly equipment as needed Read and interpret assembly drawings and technical documentation Follow assembly procedures and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Report defects, quality concerns, or production issues to supervisors Qualifications 1-2 years of assembly experience preferred, but less experience will be considered Experience working with microscopes or small components is a plus Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Wire bonding experience is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds What We're Looking For Dependable and motivated individuals Strong willingness to learn and grow Excellent attention to detail Positive personality and strong teamwork skills Job Type & Location This is a permanent position based out of Bohemia, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
