Assembly Operator

Production AssemblerA growing manufacturer of advanced electrical and electromechanical products is seeking a Production Assembler to support the assembly, testing, and fabrication of complex systems. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on assembly experience who can read engineering drawings and enjoys working in a team-oriented production environment.ResponsibilitiesAssemble products according to engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructionsUse soldering irons, solder pots, hand tools, and other assembly equipmentPerform wire stripping, crimping, harness installation, and sub-assembly workComplete final assembly of large electrical and electromechanical systemsSupport engineering with prototype builds and product development activitiesIdentify assembly challenges and recommend improvements to tools, fixtures, and processesAssist team members with assembly-related questions and technical guidanceMaintain compliance with quality management system requirementsPerform additional duties as assignedRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly experienceAbility to work from engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and specificationsMust be authorized to work in compliance with applicable export regulationsPreferred Qualifications3+ years of experience as a Production Assembler or Manufacturing TechnicianExperience assembling electromechanical products or equipmentAbility to read assembly drawings, schematics, and engineering documentationFamiliarity with multimeters, torque tools, force gauges, and related manufacturing equipmentStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamStrong verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated with a strong work ethicPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift and move items up to 30 pounds without assistanceAbility to use soldering equipment safely and effectivelyAbility to perform repetitive hand and assembly tasksCompensation & BenefitsBenefits available on day one, including:Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k)Paid Time OffTuition ReimbursementEmployee Stock Purchase ProgramLife InsuranceDisability CoverageEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace and welcome qualified applicants from all backgrounds.
