SCHEDULE: Part Time

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1.Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals

2. Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately

3. Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects

4. Update and maintain internal databases for designs, templates, photography, and video

5.Work with various departments to ensure alignment and promotion of priority items.

6. Participate in bi-weekly calls with outside marketing agencies, providing input on paid social campaigns and other initiatives.


7. Uphold the core principles of Cenikor's culture and create a positive working environment for all team members.


8. Ensure completion of Big 5 performance management tool by the required deadline and use of SMART goals to support annual performance compensation review.


9. Maintain strict confidentiality on all client, staff and Foundation matters.


10. Perform additional duties as assigned and consistent with the non-exempt functions as defined in this job description.

• QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, both verbally and in writing.
• High attention to detail and excellent organization skills required.
• Ability to work with tenacity and resilience to achieve goals.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Art or related discipline preferred.
• Highschool Diploma or GED required.

Experience:

• Four or more years of experience with design software including illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop Dreamweaver
• Photography or videography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software.
• Previous experience with non-profit organization preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting in a normal position for extended periods of time
• Reaching by extending hand(s) or arm(s) in any direction
• Finger dexterity required to manipulate objects with fingers rather than with the entire hand(s) or arm(s) (for example, using a keyboard)
• Communication skills using the spoken and written word
• Ability to see within normal parameters
• Ability to hear within normal range
• Ability to lift and move file boxes weighing approximately 20 pounds on top of filing cabinets.
• Ability to travel to facilities by various transportation means.

Licensure:


Valid Driver's License required.
