Epic Analyst III

Responsibilities The Data Courier Administrator and Environment Analyst is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of Epic EHR environments. Oversees build migrations through Data Courier, coordinates release activities, and promotes governance practices. Works closely with application analysts, technical teams, and operational leaders to deliver seamless upgrades and ongoing system enhancements. Maintains a stable and efficient Epic ecosystem enabling clinicians and staff to provide exceptional patient care. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience are required. 5-7 years of relevant IIS, clinical experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Epic Certification: Certification in one or more Epic modules is required. Experience as Data Courier preferred. Knowledge of change control, testing methodologies, and release management practices for enterprise healthcare systems. Familiarity with Epic technical infrastructure and the ability to partner effectively with technical teams to support system stability and performance. Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in systems integration, data management, healthcare IT, and workflow automation. Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Epic EHR administration, including optimization and maintenance of environments, while effectively collaborating with technical teams to ensure system stability and performance.
