Quality Manager

Lead quality strategy for precision sewn products, driving compliance, craftsmanship, continuous improvement, and customer confidence.

Full-time, on-site role with a four-and-a-half-day schedule M–T: 6:30 AM–5:00 PM; Fri: 7:30 AM–11:30 AM

Occasional travel for supplier and customer audits

Lead quality assurance and quality control functions across manufacturing operations.

Establish and oversee in-process, final, and random product inspections.

Maintain quality records, track defect trends, and lead corrective-action plans.

Partner with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Support to reduce waste and improve first-pass yield.

Manage, train, and develop quality inspectors, supervisors, and support staff.

Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Apparel/Textiles, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.

5–7 years of progressive quality assurance or quality control experience, including at least 3 years in leadership.

Strong knowledge of quality management systems, auditing practices, ISO standards, and AS9100 Rev D.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, patterns, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Experience in a job shop or build-to-print environment; government and/or OEM specification experience is highly beneficial.
