Wired For Success: What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required. Technical school certification, associate degree, or electrical apprenticeship preferred. 3+ years of electrical maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or commercial environment. Strong knowledge of electrical theory, motor controls, PLCs, and industrial automation systems. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Experience using electrical testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostic equipment. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and electrical safety practices. PLC troubleshooting and programming experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) preferred. Experience with VFDs, servo drives, automated production equipment, and instrumentation. Preventive and predictive maintenance experience preferred. Strong problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and troubleshooting skills. Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) preferred. Power Up Production: Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, and control system failures. Install, maintain, and repair motors, transformers, control panels, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, and related equipment. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. Conduct inspections, testing, calibration, and diagnostics using electrical testing equipment. Replace defective wiring, relays, breakers, switches, motors, and other electrical components. Support equipment upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation. Collaborate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability. Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform emergency repairs as needed. Follow all OSHA, NEC, NFPA 70E, and company safety standards.
