Community Associate As a Community Associate at WeWork, you will serve as the primary liaison and “face” of the community for your building. Responsibilities Act as the front desk contact during business hours, welcoming guests and members, managing sign‑ins, and providing information on building policies. Build and maintain relationships with members through proactive outreach and personalized service. Support event planning: evaluate programming, collect attendee feedback, coordinate logistics, and promote events. Manage building operations: handle mail, parcels, keycard inventory, elevator, HVAC, and emergency equipment. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and mailroom, and ensure all processes run efficiently. Serve as a point of contact for Enterprise or Classic space requirements as assigned. Communicate building updates, policies, and community news via broadcasts and notices. Drive growth and promotion of WeWork-provided service offerings. Qualifications College graduate (four‑year degree preferred, but not required). 1+ years of hospitality or customer service experience, with sales experience a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding interpersonal, multitasking, and organizational abilities. Integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self‑awareness, work ethic, and compassion. Passion for entrepreneurial communities and alignment with WeWork’s mission and values. Proficient with basic computer software. Compensation & Benefits Base Pay: $21.00–$23.00 per hour. Incentive compensation may be available based on role.
