Program Manager

Zachary Piper is hiring for a Program Manager in Cincinnati, OH to advance internal development and production programs for up-and-coming aerospace client developing space avionics systems. This individual will be working a 9/80 schedule.

Responsibilities:
• Manage operations and run product lines at a high production rate
• Manage P&L for product lines and implement earned value system
• Being able to build teams and create relationships with different departments
• Drive execution across engineering, operations, quality, finance, contracts, and finance teams
• Improve supply chain and maintain capacity planning for manufacturing and operational scale of product lines

Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 8+ years of experience with manufacturing, supply chain, or program management
• Experience with Commercialization, new product introduction, and transition to production efforts
• Background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance

Compensation Package:
• Salary Range: 160k-185k (Relocation offered for non-local candidates)
