Office Services Associate

Location: Cleveland, OH

Pay: $18.00 $18.75/hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:30 AM 5:30 PM

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

About the Role

We're seeking a dependable, customer-focused Office Services Associate to support multiple client locations throughout the Cleveland area. This position includes mail services, copy/print support, reception coverage, and general office services.

Responsibilities

• Print, copy, scan, and manage office documents.
• Sort and deliver mail.
• Respond to basic printer/copier issues (paper, toner, jams).
• Provide reception coverage as needed.
• Travel between local client sites.
• Deliver excellent customer service and administrative support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of office support, mailroom, copy center, or customer service experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook required; Adobe is a plus).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel between locations (up to 40 50 miles).
