Job Summary The Area Customer Service Coordinator supports the daily operations, implementation, and administration of Managed Services accounts across multiple customer locations within an assigned geographic area. This role provides operational support, ensures service excellence, assists with process improvements, supports customer satisfaction initiatives, and serves as a versatile resource by covering multiple client sites as needed. Key Responsibilities Support the daily operations of Managed Services accounts across multiple customer locations within an assigned geographic area. Assist management with process improvements, procedural testing, validation, and field compliance with operational best practices. Support the implementation of new customer accounts and service expansions. Assist with onboarding and cross-training new team members. Develop, update, and maintain Site Procedure Guides while sharing operational best practices. Routinely inspect Site Procedure Guides to ensure accuracy and compliance. Maintain knowledge of all contracted services across assigned customer accounts. Perform daily visual inspections to ensure compliance with Client and customer safety standards. Provide feedback on customer site experiences to improve internal and external customer satisfaction. Provide coverage for onsite personnel during absences, vacations, training, and special projects, including site management when required. Deliver operational support by traveling between customer locations and performing a variety of service-related tasks. Create and maintain a customer-focused environment while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Escalate customer issues to management and support issue resolution through completion. Communicate effectively with customers, end users, and internal teams. Collect operational data and assist with Monthly Operations Reviews using approved tools and methodologies. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 12 months of related work experience. Post-secondary education is encouraged and preferred. Ability to travel between customer locations, including covering accounts within a 40–50 mile radius. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and required auto insurance coverage, if applicable. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and file management. Ability to accurately prepare and submit monthly expense reports. Strong verbal communication and customer service skills. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and troubleshooting abilities. Basic mathematical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in multiple customer environments. Ability to understand written and verbal instructions and translate customer requirements into operational actions. Ability to perform physical activities including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and traveling frequently between customer locations. Preferred Qualifications Post High School education. Experience supporting Managed Services or multi-site customer operations. Experience with customer account implementation and operational process improvement. Experience developing Site Procedure Guides or operational documentation.
