TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Atlanta, Georgia, 30322!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 18 months in specialty within the past 3 years License: GA or compact license in hand Certifications: CCRN preferred Must-Have: Requires PA lines. Experience with presurgical patients. No local travelers within a 50-mile radius. Description: This position is for a moderate care unit that serves a diverse range of cardiovascular patients. The unit accommodates low acuity critical care patients awaiting placement in ICUs or stepdown units. No ventilators or advanced devices such as CRRT or Impella are accepted. Patients may have LVADs, 2-4 drips, arterial lines, and PA catheters. The unit also serves as an observation area for same-day procedure patients who require monitoring. The work environment is fast-paced with a high volume of patient turnover. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn about a variety of cardiovascular procedures and diagnoses. Working here will enhance organization skills and critical thinking. Staff will have the chance to develop critical care skills and refine assessment techniques. A rhythm identification test will be required and will be proctored upon starting. There are two opportunities to pass the test, which is not multiple choice.
