Information Technology Business Analyst

Role: IT Business Analyst Location: USA Experience: 2-3 years of experience in IT systems, Business Analysis, or a related area. Qualification: Bachelors in IT/Computer Science/Management Key Responsibilities Requirement Gathering Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for system enhancements and new functionalities. Conduct analysis to translate business needs into technical specifications. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve system processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness using Newgen products and offerings. Assist in implementing process improvement initiatives and system upgrades. Demonstrate new features to end users. Documentation Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Functional Specification Documents, Business Requirement Documents, user guides and process flow diagrams. Create Functional test cases and ensure system is running as per QA guidelines. Collaboration Work closely with IT developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure system solutions align with business goals. Participate in meetings and provide updates on project status and system issues. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
