Commercial Roofing Superintendent

Job Description

Schedule and dispatch roofing crews for daily project installations

Provide field teams with production information, deadlines, and goals

Supervise daily construction activities and workforce on-site

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and materials for timely delivery

Implement and monitor quality control and punch list completion

Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients during projects

Ensure job site safety compliance and enforce company safety standards

Uphold all company policies and operational standards

Participate in the hiring and onboarding of field crew members

Skills and Requirements

Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing experience

Strong organizational, scheduling, and leadership skills

Proficiency with computer applications related to reporting and coordination

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites
