Distribution Surgical Coordinator

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Distribution Surgical Coordinator in Boca Raton to manage timely and accurate delivery of surgical materials to medical facilities. The role involves coordinating requisitions, fulfilling orders, managing inventory systems, and supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with staff to submit and track surgery requisitions for timely fulfillment
- Verify order completeness and monitor inventory using ERP/MRP software systems
- Deliver and retrieve surgical inventory to medical facilities safely and accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Operations and Supply Chain
- Pack, box, label, and ship instruments; coordinate returns and restock activities
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years supply chain, logistics, sales support, or inventory management experience
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs occasionally
- Availability for 24-hour on-call emergency service and holiday work
Compensation: $25-26/hr
