Team Lead – GO Car Wash We are seeking a Team Lead to assist site managers with daily operations of our car wash, ensuring inventory, equipment, site, service, and safety standards are met to deliver a consistent, convenient, and exceptional customer experience. The role also involves hiring, training, and coaching teammates to uphold our values and uphold high performance standards. Responsibilities Assist site managers with daily operations of the car wash Ensure compliance with inventory, equipment, site, service, and safety standards Hire, train, and coach teammates to perform their duties effectively Lead by example and uphold company values Qualifications Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience Car wash experience preferred Excellent customer service skills and ability to drive sales growth Clear communication, engaging leadership, and strong organizational skills Compensation Typical earnings $17.50 per hour, comprised of a base pay of $15.50 per hour plus an average of $2 per hour in commission from membership sales. Commissions are uncapped, with top performers regularly earning higher.
