Guiados por un Corazón de Servicio, somos una empresa dedicada a Servir con pasión para superar las expectativas de nuestros clientes.Schedule:Monday - Friday5 am - 7 am (10 hours/ week)Job Details:A janitor is responsible for maintaining common areas of office buildings, apartment houses, or other commercial or institutional buildings in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Spot clean the lobby glass doorsPolish chrome on lobby doorsVacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice a dayInspect the building exterior and pick up any trashClean ashtrays and sand urns on every floorEmpty and clean exterior trash receptaclesCheck restrooms twice dailyVacuum lobby once a day or as neededSweep stairwells and landings as neededRemove all debris from landscaped areas as neededSweep building entrancesClean and remove smudges and marks on walls, doors, and wall coveringReport any lights out (exit, directory boards, etc.) to the Management OfficeReport any solicitors to the Management OfficeWhere applicable, police lobby to keep floors and planters free of paper, debris, etc. Policing should be scheduled at high-traffic times each day.
