CMM Programmer

Responsibilities Generate and prove out CMM programs for Mitutoyo, Zeiss, and Metris CMMs to perform dimensional inspections on aerospace components. Set up and prove out created or modified programs using provided fixtures, models, and work instructions. Interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T requirements to ensure compliance with customer specifications. Review and interpret CMM results, identify potential nonconformances, and elevate issues appropriately. Maintain and organize CMM programs and related documentation, troubleshoot inspection issues, and support root cause analysis for dimensional discrepancies. Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing personnel to resolve measurement‑related challenges and improve process flow. May also train other inspection personnel on CMM use and documentation. Qualifications Mid‑level experience with coordinate‑measure machines. Strong understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and quality processes. Benefits Salary: $80,000‒$110,000 per year. Competitive base salary and overall compensation package.
