Benefits Competitive base salary and overall compensation package Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Generous PTO, vacation, sick, and holidays Life Insurance coverage 401(k) with generous company match Key Responsibilities The CMM Programmer is responsible for generating and proving out CMM programs for Mitutoyo, Zeiss, and Metris CMMs to perform dimensional inspections on aerospace components. Set up and prove out created or modified programs using provided fixtures, models, and work instructions. Interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T requirements to ensure compliance with customer specifications. Review and interpret CMM results, identify potential nonconformances, and elevate issues appropriately. Maintain and organize CMM programs and related documentation, troubleshoot inspection issues, and support root‑cause analysis efforts for dimensional discrepancies. Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing personnel to resolve measurement‑related challenges and improve process flow. Train other inspection personnel as needed.
