We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Proactively sell insurance and financial products by identifying customer needs and presenting tailored solutions. Generate new business through outbound outreach, follow-up, and referrals. Guide customers through applications, quotes, and renewals to close the sale. Cross-sell and upsell to existing customers to deepen relationships and maximize value. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain one. Compensation: $38,000-$48,000 per year Compensation includes a performance-based commission structure.
