If you answered yes to either question, then apply now! Atlantic Health is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist for the dynamic Atlantic Visiting Nurse Dept to work 8am-4pm in Essex County. The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat patients in the patient's home and be a part of a collaborative team of health providers. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients in their homes. Qualifications Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, required. Master or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred. Minimum Experience: 1 year of experience in homecare, strongly preferred. License/Certification: NJ License in Physical Therapy. BLS, preferred. Valid and unrestricted Driver License with a clean driving record, required.
