Physical Therapist I: Full Time, Somerset County; Atlantic Visiting Nurse

If you answered yes to either question, then apply NOW! Atlantic Health is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist for the dynamic Atlantic Visiting Nurse Dept to work 8am-4pm in Somerset County. The role involves evaluating and treating patients in their homes and collaborating with a team of health providers to deliver personalized care, preventing hospital readmissions and supporting patients with chronic illnesses, disabilities, post‑hospital recovery, and end‑of‑life care across six New Jersey counties.

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential Functions/Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients in their homes. Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, required. Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, preferred. Minimum Experience: 1 year of experience in homecare, strongly preferred. License/Certification: NJ Licence in Physical Therapy. BLS, preferred. Valid unrestricted Driver License with a clean record, required.
