If you answered yes to either question, then apply NOW! Atlantic Health is seeking a Full‑time Physical Therapist for the dynamic Atlantic Visiting Nurse Dept to work 8 am‑4 pm in Somerset County. The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat patients in the patient’s home and be a part of a collaborative team of health providers. Atlantic Visiting Nurse provides personalized care for you or a loved one to regain health, stay out of the hospital, and remain living independently at home. Whether or not it is managing life with a chronic illness, living with a disability, returning home from the hospital or rehabilitation facility, or needing assistance with end‑of‑life care, we are available to you in six counties throughout New Jersey: Morris, Somerset, Essex, Sussex, Union, and Warren. Essential Functions / Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients in their homes. Minimum Education High School Diploma or GED, required. Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, required. Master or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, preferred. Minimum Experience 1 year of experience in homecare, strongly preferred. License / Certification NJ License in Physical Therapy. BLS, preferred. Valid and unrestricted Driver License with a clean driving record, required.
