At Spencer Psychology , we’re more than a mental health practice. We’re a healthy, close-knit, family-friendly team that supports each other as much as we support clients. Our front desk is the heart of our office, and we’re looking for someone warm, organized, and tech-savvy to be a welcoming face (and voice) for our busy office. The receptionist reports to our office manager, as part of a 5-member support staff team for 24 kind-hearted therapists.
What You’ll Do:
Greet clients with compassion and professionalism
Answer phones and client questions
Keep supply inventory
Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes — from insurance checks to account updates to staying on top of daily reporting (like downloading credit card payments)
Keep waiting room neat
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8–4 or 9–5 (your choice). We are flexible with time off for doctors' appointments, your kids' school performances, and general personal life needs.
Pay: $19 per hour

Perfect for a parent returning to work or someone with experience in medical or mental health admin. This is an in-person role. Telework is not available for reception.
