Project Manager - Distribution

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Distribution to join our growing team. This is a senior-level role created to meet the demands of an expanding client base and increased sales. You will lead distribution projects—both overhead (OH) and underground (UG)—while mentoring junior engineers and supporting business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering projects for OH and UG distribution design.
• Drive business development initiatives and build strong client relationships.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring quality deliverables.
• Mentor and guide younger engineers, helping to grow our team and capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver outstanding service.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field from an accredited university.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of OH/UG distribution design experience, including 3+ years managing engineering projects .
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; highly organized and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Engineer ( PE ) or PMP certification.
• Business development experience and the ability to grow client relationships.
• Experience mentoring and training junior team members.
