Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced .NET Development Lead with strong technical expertise in Microsoft technologies and proven experience leading development teams in delivering enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for application architecture, solution design, team leadership, code quality, stakeholder management, and successful delivery of business-critical solutions.
The role requires hands-on development experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with business, architecture, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications.
Provide technical direction and architectural guidance for .NET-based solutions.
Establish development standards, coding practices, and application governance.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality and security standards.
Identify technical risks and drive mitigation plans.
Application Development
Design and develop applications using:
o C#
o ASP.NET MVC/Core
o .NET Framework/.NET Core/.NET 8
o Web APIs and RESTful Services
o Entity Framework
o LINQ
Develop microservices-based solutions and cloud-enabled applications.
Implement secure coding standards and performance optimization techniques.
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in solution design workshops and architecture discussions.
Provide project status, technical updates, and risk assessments to leadership teams.
DevOps & Delivery
Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD implementation.
Support application deployment, release planning, and production support activities.
Drive Agile and Scrum methodologies across the development team.
Team Management
Mentor developers and conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
Support resource planning, effort estimation, and capacity management.
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance management activities.
