Job-ID32520693Reference26-06769SalaryUp to $67 / hourRemote50% RemoteSummary:Location: Fort Mill, SCWork Mode: Hybrid, 3 days a week onsiteShift: 11am – 7pm, flexibility requiredResponsibilities:Lead and supervise day-to-day activities surrounding production support of critical systems.Diagnose, solve, and resolve complex technical issues that advance beyond first and second-line support.Collaborate with other technology teams and business users to understand complex user journeys, workflows, and data interactions.Work with the company’s Engineering – 3rd Line Support Manager and collaborate with internal and external business collaborators.Manage, diagnose, and resolve technical issues within key Index Platforms.Requirements:Minimum 8 years of experience with C# and .NET, and backend SQL.Minimum 8 years of experience in database application support across SQL Server, Sybase, and PostgreSQL.Experience providing 3rd line support for database systems and integrations.Experience in data-intensive applications, handling and optimizing large datasets.Proficiency in debugging SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, scripts, cursors, and views.Proficiency in C#.NET for programming and application development within .NET frameworks.Familiarity with PostgreSQL Aurora, queues, and elastic search.Experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure preferred).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Skills:Experience in Business and Technical Analysis, Quality Assurance, Delivery Management, and/or Emerging Technology and Governance.
