Role Summary

This is a customer-facing technical role focused on platform adoption, onboarding, migration execution, technical consulting, and proof-of-concept delivery. The position is currently funded through May and offers strong potential for extension based on business needs and performance.
Responsibilities
Customer Delivery

• Own an assigned portfolio of customer onboarding and Firebase Test Lab to DDP migration engagements, from kickoff through validation that the customer's tests run correctly on DDP
• Lead customer-facing sessions: kickoff, migration planning, working sessions, and closeout with a customer's engineering team
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned customers and the first escalation point on those engagements
• Perform first-line technical triage on customer questions about DDP features and configuration; resolve routine items and escalate complex issues into engineering with clear problem framing
• Maintain coverage for peer portfolios during absence or roll-off

Prototyping and POC Delivery

• Build exploratory prototypes and short-duration POCs, standing up integrations in a limited pre-production state to prove DDP fit, for example a potential gaming integration, a new device type from a manufacturer entering the platform, or a new testing use case
• Where current DDP functionality does not support a customer's need, document the gap and the requirements for what would have to be built, and hand that to product and engineering teams
• Apply internal AI migration tooling in customer engagements; identify gaps and scope lightweight tooling to close them

Practice and Program

• Author and maintain the workstream playbooks: onboarding, Firebase Test Lab to DDP migration, exploratory prototyping and POC delivery, and integration testing
• Contribute to the CoE operating model: customer intake, engagement assignment based on technical complexity, escalation criteria into engineering, and hand-off standards
• Track KPI/SLA attainment on assigned engagements and contribute to status reporting and the review cadence with the program lead
• Document process, requirements, and engagement records to the team's agreed standard; coordinate with technical writers on customer-facing documentation needs
• Support cross-training and onboarding of new team members as the team scales

Qualifications

• 5+ years technical delivery, solutions engineering, or technical program management in a cloud or platform context
• Hands-on ability to stand up a working integration or prototype in a pre-production environment
• Working knowledge of mobile CI/CD pipelines and automated test frameworks, sufficient to work alongside a customer's engineering team
• Broad GCP working knowledge; comfortable with gcloud CLI and familiar with Firebase Test Lab or comparable device-testing infrastructure
• Experience building or contributing to repeatable delivery processes, playbooks, or runbooks from scratch
• Demonstrated customer-facing polish with external enterprise stakeholders, able to hold a room with a customer's engineering leadership
• Comfortable operating in a documented, playbook-driven delivery model

Compensation & Location

• Pay starts at $90/hour W2
• 100% remote within the United States
• Currently funded through May
• Strong possibility of extension based on business needs and performance
• Opportunity to work directly with customer engineering teams driving adoption of a next-generation Android testing platform and migration initiative.
