The opportunity

We're looking for an active real estate investor who already creates content — and wants to make it their full-time job. You'll be the face of the REsimpli community: teaching what you know, sharing your own deals, and building an audience of investors who trust you. You keep investing. We give you a platform, a paycheck, and a team behind you.

If you've been building a following on the side while running deals, this is the role where both finally pay off at once.

What you'll do

• Be the face of the community. Run our mastermind calls and make them the highlight of an investor's week — engaging, practical, and worth showing up for.
• Create educational content, everywhere. YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, and our Skool community. Think whiteboard breakdowns, deal walkthroughs, and "come look at this listing with me" content shot on the go.
• Teach real strategy. How to wholesale, how to get more contracts, how to structure an offer, how to run your business lean. Genuinely valuable content that stands on its own — REsimpli woven in naturally, never a pitch.
• Build content series people follow. Turn your best topics into recurring, bingeable series that grow the channel week over week.
• Host podcasts and interviews. Bring on guests, feature investor stories, and grow REsimpli's reach through conversation.
• Grow the community. Your north-star KPI is a growing, engaged audience of real estate investors — measured, tracked, and owned by you.
  

Who you are

• An active (or recently active) real estate investor. You've done real deals — wholesaling, flipping, BRRRR, or buy-and-hold — and you can talk about them credibly because you're living it. You'll keep investing while you're here; your deals are your best content.
• Already a creator. You have an existing presence and audience on at least one major platform. We're not looking to make someone famous from zero — we're looking for someone the camera already loves and an audience already follows.
• Magnetic on camera. Friendly, inviting, easy to listen to. People trust you and want to hear what you have to say.
• Consistent and prolific. You can produce a high volume of content without burning out, and you understand what makes people watch, share, and come back.
• In it for the long haul. Community and audience are built on continuity — the same face, showing up over time. You're looking for a long-term home (2+ years), not a quick gig.
  

Nice to have

• An existing YouTube channel or podcast with real engagement
• Experience running a mastermind, coaching group, or online community
• Familiarity with REsimpli or other REI tools
  

Compensation & benefits

• $60,000 base salary (W-2)
• Performance commission on revenue driven by your content — you're rewarded like an affiliate for the customers you bring in, with a higher rate on signups from your own channels
• On-target earnings around $100,000 , with real upside as the audience grows
• You keep your personal brand. You'll continue posting on your own channels — your content lives on both your platforms and ours. (A few common-sense guardrails apply, which we'll walk through together.)

The commitment

This is an exclusive, full-time role. Because a community is built on a consistent face, we're looking for someone ready to commit for the long term (2+ years) and make REsimpli their home in the REI content space. Specific terms are discussed during the offer stage.
