An individual who shares our passion for achieving service excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything he/she does!

• 2+ years of experience as a high end restaurant server/restaurant service or related work
• Strong F&B knowledge and server skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and Holidays
• Must have current New Mexico alcohol server certification
• New Mexico Food Handler Certification
• This position pays $10.60 + Gratuities

What would my job responsibilities be?

• Using your genuine and authentic personality you will provide an enjoyable, expertly served experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality.
• Our Restaurant Servers are knowledgeable about all food and drink menu options and are able to deliver with passion the detailed ingredients information as well as an engaging and articulate description that tempts the tastebuds!
• Constantly learning to expand your knowledge of food products and beverage products.
• As a committed team player the Restaurant Server will assist with additional side work, greet and seat guests in the absence of the hostess, take reservations and have the ability to operate the Micros Operating System.
• Being aware and present you will anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary items.
• This position is for AM Server.
