Employment Type Part-time Requirements Basic life support Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Licensure: Active and valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Washington. Certifications: Current CPR and AED certifications. Clinical Skills: Strong foundational knowledge in both hygiene and restorative procedures. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills and a gentle, patient-centered clinical approach. Job Description Clinical Hygiene: Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing, with a focus on patient comfort. Restorative Care: Utilize restorative skills to assist in patient treatment and overall oral health maintenance. Patient Assessments: Conduct thorough screenings, including oral cancer exams, periodontal charting, and health history reviews. Diagnostics: Capture high-quality digital radiographs to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Education: Counsel patients on personalized oral hygiene strategies and the importance of preventative care.
