What you’ll do Data Analysis: Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to extract valuable insights from complex datasets Data Visualization: Create visually compelling and easily understandable data visualizations, reports, and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Superset, Power BI, or similar Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and ensure alignment between data analysis and business objectives Storytelling: Craft narratives around data insights, making data relatable and actionable for non-technical stakeholders Problem Solving: Apply analytical skills to tackle complex business challenges, providing data-driven solutions Communication: Communicate findings and recommendations with clarity and precision to both technical and non-technical audiences Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business leaders, fostering a collaborative environment What we’re looking for Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus 6+ years as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on soft skills and effective communication Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Python, R, SQL, or similar Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Superset, Power BI, or Looker Exceptional soft skills, including strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities Business acumen and the ability to understand and articulate the business implications of data findings Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically and creatively Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work Compensation Base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $185,000 and is based upon years of experience that is commensurate with the level of the position Robust equity program with significant upside potential Benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and 401k About MainStreet MainStreet takes a holistic approach to small business management so you can grow smarter, not harder.
