Client Coverage Specialist

Position Overview

AO Globe Life is looking for a Client Coverage Specialist to help individuals and families understand insurance coverage designed to support their financial protection. In this remote role, you will connect with prospective clients, conduct virtual needs-based conversations, and explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.

You will receive warm leads, structured training, daily mentorship, and the resources needed to grow in a client-focused career.

Responsibilities

• Work with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads

• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations

• Learn about client needs, goals, and coverage questions

• Explain life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options

• Help clients understand benefits and available services

• Follow up consistently to provide an excellent client experience

• Keep organized and accurate communication records

• Participate in ongoing training and performance coaching

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
