Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver comprehensive psychotherapy services to clients dealing with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions.

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure proper treatment compliance and continuity of care.

• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate and optimize care for each patient.

• Educate clients and their families on available mental health resources and coping strategies related to substance abuse.
\n
• Stay informed of the latest research in substance abuse treatment and continuously integrate new knowledge into your practice.

• Manage a designated caseload, regularly reviewing treatment goals and adapting approaches as necessary to promote client progress and stability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals grappling with substance abuse issues, including but not limited to alcohol use disorder, opioid addiction, and stimulant use. Our patient population is diverse, representing various backgrounds and experiences. Your work will help facilitate their recovery journeys, providing them with the tools and support necessary for long-term success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania.
\n
• At least 1 year of direct clinical experience in the field of substance abuse therapy.
\n
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based, solution-focused interventions and therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, complemented by strong interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
