This role provides critical operational and analytical support to the sales team covering the region. You'll work closely with sales leadership, account managers, and cross-functional partners (finance, legal, operations) to keep deals moving, reporting accurate, and the sales process running smoothly.This is a great fit for someone who's organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working across time zones and cultures, and energized by supporting a fast-moving, multi-market sales organization.ResponsibilitiesSupport the sales team with pipeline management, CRM data hygiene, and opportunity tracking across the CarCAAn portfolioMonitor and follow up on customers' orders to ensure timely processing, address any issues or delays, and ensure orders are fulfilled as expectedHelp prepare materials for internal, and partner/customer meetingsIdentify process gaps and support continuous improvement of sales operations workflowsLiaise with internal teams (finance, legal, operations, marketing, etc.) to resolve deal-related questions or blockersCreate internal orders and purchase requisitionsSupport customer compliance processes, ensuring accurate documentation and policy adherenceAssist with collections efforts by monitoring outstanding balances and facilitating payment resolutionQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience2+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or a similar analytical/administrative roleStrong Excel skills; experience with CRM systems, Salesforce knowledge is a plusExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsBilingual English/Spanish required; comfort working across LATAM and Caribbean marketsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environmentExperience in payments, fintech, or technology sales is a plusOur CommitmentVerifone is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
