Acquisition Consultant

Vaco has partnered with a leading environmental services company undergoing a strategic acquisition. As a result, they are seeking an experienced Acquisition Consultant with expertise in working capital analysis, opening balance sheets, fixed asset valuation, and acquisition integration support. Job Title Acquisition Consultant Location Remote with travel to acquired entity Pay Rate $50-$70/hour Project Duration October through January/February Start Date Mid-October Responsibilities Include Analyze and validate working capital balances associated with the acquisition Prepare and review opening balance sheet accounts and supporting documentation Perform fixed asset valuation and related accounting assessments Review accounts receivable balances and identify potential issues or risks Manage acquisition-related activities, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide ongoing updates to finance leadership Qualifications Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or financial integrations Strong background in accounting, finance, or controllership functions Hands-on experience with working capital analysis, opening balance sheets, and fixed asset valuation Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills Experience working within ERP environments; Oracle experience preferred By submitting to this position, you are agreeing to be included in our talent pool for future hiring for similarly qualified positions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
