Job Description Job Description Dear CPA Professional, We are currently seeking a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) interested in establishing a long-term strategic collaboration with a growing accounting practice serving business clients across the United States. This opportunity is designed for professionals who are interested in building a strong working relationship focused on strengthening accounting services, supporting tax compliance, and contributing to financial guidance for clients in multiple industries. Key areas of collaboration include: Technical review of financial information when applicable Support with federal and state tax compliance matters Advisory support on business entity structures (LLCs, S-Corps, C-Corps) Financial analysis to support business decision-making Participation in tax planning initiatives Assistance with strengthening internal controls and accounting processes Preferred qualifications: Active CPA license Experience in U.S. accounting and tax compliance Knowledge of LLC and corporate structures Strong collaborative mindset Interest in building a long-term professional relationship Experience working with small and mid‑sized businesses is a plus Work arrangement is flexible (remote or hybrid depending on availability).
