Voss Village BMW is looking for a client advisor. We are looking for someone that is highly motivated, can provide the best in customer service, and has a strong understanding of technology.
As a BMW Client Advisor, you will be at the forefront of the automotive industry, selling cutting edge technology that makes driving a passion. BMW Client Advisors are serious about their career and thrive in a friendly yet competitive environment.

Responsibilities of a BMW Client Advisor:
- Welcome clients, and work to identify their needs, preferences, and buying motives
- Enthusiastically explain features while demonstrating BMW's technology & performance
- Arrange for delivery of new or pre-owned vehicles with enthusiasm & timeliness
- Work with computers and multiple social media platforms.
- Actively seek new business through referrals, lease-end prospects, service clients, etc.
- Complete paperwork and log all communication with clients
- Attend regular manufacturer and dealership training meetings, with emphasis on product knowledge and sales skills
Specific Skills Required:
Prior automotive sales experience is not necessary. We are willing to train and develop the right person.
- Self-driven and motivated to achieve results
- Proven ability to meet goals
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience building a loyal client base is highly regarded
- Knowledge of current trends and news, plus a strong desire to learn more and do more
- Must be 18 years of age
- Have a valid and clean driver's license
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screen
