Pets Best Friend Veterinary Hospital, a well-established and respected small animal practice in Levittown, PA, is seeking a Hospital Manager to lead our dedicated team and oversee the daily operations of our growing practice. As the Hospital Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital. This position combines collaborative, on-the-floor duties as a veterinary technician with administrative and business management responsibilities . Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the hospital to ensure efficiency and a positive client experience Assist the medical team with hands-on technician duties to support patient care and ensure smooth daily operations Oversee the financial health of the practice, including managing budgets, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementing strategies for business growth Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and hospital protocols Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture Support staff training, performance evaluations, and professional growth Preferred Qualifications Experience in veterinary medicine as a veterinary technician or similar role, with a solid understanding of hospital operations Experience with practice management systems (e.g., Avimark, Cornerstone, ezyVet) Proven leadership and management experience, ideally within a veterinary or healthcare setting Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgets, KPIs, and business growth strategies Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster a positive and engaging work environment Commitment to providing top-tier client service and veterinary care Requirements This position requires a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week As our hospital continues to grow, operating hours may change .
